Please beware of fake-counterfeit products being offered as items that will “fit” or “for use in” the line of ECO disc repair machines that look similar. These items are dangerous to your machines. They are imported and very low quality and of home-made type construction and will de-laminate and come apart at the high sanding speeds inside the ECO disc machines. This can cause serious damage to your precision disc machine including damaging the disc you are trying to re-surface. We have received many complaints from customers about damage to machines and we have had numerious machines in the service department come in with burnt out sanding motors, damaged internal components and servo motors due to using non OEM products. Repairs to these machines can cost thousands of dollars for example if you burn up a main control board. Please do not risk the quality of your expensive machine, the ECO machines are high precision units from Japan!
How to Spot Counterfeit Pads: OEM pads will never be shipped “loose” and will always have a factory date code stamp on the top of the 10 pack so the manufacturer can track and monitor quality. If you see non OEM pads being sold please beware and please report them to eBay!

Returns due to shipping damage:
In the rare circumstance that your item was damaged during the shipping process, simply contact us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you can return your item to us in its original state (as received) for a complete refund within 14 days of purchase. In some cases the buyer may be held responsible for return shipping costs in this rare case.
